Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by the receipt or packing slip.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, J.McLaughlin ships to addresses within the United States and select U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I determine my size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you have specific questions about a garment's measurements, our customer service team is happy to assist.
Can I return an online purchase to a local boutique?
Yes, online purchases may be returned to any J.McLaughlin retail boutique. Please ensure you have your original packing slip or order confirmation email available for the store associate.
